We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our construction office. This position involves a combination of administrative, clerical, and coordination responsibilities to support the construction team and contribute to the overall success of our projects. As Construction Office Admin you will: To be successful in this role of Office Admin, you need a professional demeanor, and must be able to engage easily and actively connect with others. Have natural instincts for problem solving. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team and to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to all stakeholders. Clean professional appearance. Open to traveling if necessary. The Office Admin role requires standing, walking, or sitting for long periods of time, or entire shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (i.e. small print). Grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, eight hours per day.
