Position Summary

Bar Servers are assigned to work primarily in designated “Assistance bar venue(s)” and can also be scheduled to support the beverage operation in “Primary bar venue(s)”.; Bar Servers suggests, serves and sells beverages to guests seated at tables or standing in bars, cocktail lounges or for special events throughout the vessel by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.;

Hiring Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years beverage-related experience or equivalent .; High school education or equivalent required.; Ability to analyze recipes and manuals.; Strong math skills for calculations.; Problem-solving ability and adaptability.; Knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines.; Familiar with public health standards.; Capable of up-selling and promoting specials.;

Language Requirements

Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.; Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese is preferred.;
