Premier Roofing Company is a leading national roofing service provider focused on insurance restoration with offices in 16 cities. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Direct Repair Program Specialist in our Denver office.

As a Direct Repair Program Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's Direct Repair Program (DRP). This position requires a dynamic professional with a keen understanding of the roofing industry, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with insurance carriers, customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process for repairs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Direct Repair Program Management:

• Develop and implement strategies for the successful execution of the Direct Repair Program
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Manage customer intake, project assignments, and ensure the successful and timely transfer of projects between departments

Project Oversight:

• Monitor and manage repair projects to ensure they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget
• Ensure service level agreements and timelines are met for our multiple insurance carrier partners

Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and carrier partners to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including insurance carrier and customer communication records
• Generate regular reports for management on program status, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program administration, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Direct Repair Programs is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 - $65,000 Yearly Salary
