Job description
Integrative Financial Management, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless client experiences by providing comprehensive support to our advisors in various aspects of the client service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist advisors in meeting preparation, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are ready.
- Prepare follow-up summaries after client meetings, documenting key discussions and action items.
- Efficiently manage advisors' schedules and calendars.
- Track tasks and client interactions in our CRM system for effective communication and follow-ups.
- Support the creation of paperwork, and facilitate new business submission.
- Manage deliverables, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Coordinate client touchpoints, such as sending birthday cards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the financial services industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $57,000
- Health Insurance with $6,000 a year subsidy paid by the company.
- 401k with a matching contribution.
