WHAT WILL YOU DO
This individual is responsible for coordinating the work schedules and day to day case load workflow for sites covering the Alverno transcription pool, data entry of surgical pathology and other medical reports, autopsies, cumulative reports and interpretations and other results as needed. This individual is integrally involved in the collection of data for Quality Assurance monitors, process improvement, Q-Probes and special studies being conducted. This individual may need to provide coverage for assigned sites as needed. This individual is expected to regularly communicate with the hospital site pathologists and solicit input from site leaders for evaluations. Other duties include miscellaneous typing, filing, and retrieval of slides and reports. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic Healthcare systems while performing all job functions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years college with Associate degree or BS/BA preferred.
