Job description
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the general facility support for all services as well as taking lead in the planning, coordination, and Business Unit requested moves and relocations, including individual, small, and large, for the Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, FOX and Los Angeles campus locations as assigned.
The team leads miscellaneous furniture requests including sit/stand desk approvals and installations. They interface daily with all employee levels, including executive levels, on all campus locations and represent CRE and Support Services providing a high level of guest service in accommodating end-user requests.
Duties
- “Hands-on” coordination with all moves, as well as coordination of workspace cubicle reconfigurations and space changes; daily management of work order requests through Tririga including meeting with requestors, working with CRE project managers, defining scope of move or reconfiguration, communication with trades, participation with actual move, and documentation of completion of project.
- Coordination of sit initiative, as well as small systems reconfigurations, including assessments with requestors, preparation of proposals and orders, oversight for table inventory report, and completion of table delivery and installation working with contracted vendors and in-house trades; coordination of furniture requests with Move Service team and warehouse
- “Hands-on” response to both BU client work orders and business needs as it pertains to facility and logistics coordination and requests that have diverse range depending on the campus location and Business Unit; includes open communication and dialog with manager in detailing results and handling expectation.
- Review/analysis of project documentation for all moves and tracking materials, specifically the “move book” and crafting and auditing of reports to share with CRE Portfolio Management and Design/Delivery project teams; and fiscal responsibility for checking invoices as needed to ensure accuracy to process for payment.
Education (Minimum)
Additional Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred)
- Minimum: At least 3 years of facility and/or move experience
- Preferred: At least 3 years of facility and/or move experience with small- and large-scale relocations or moves on a campus setting
- Minimum: Working knowledge of AutoCAD or something similar
- Preferred: Working knowledge of TRIRIGA work order system or ticketing system
The hiring range for this position in California is $47,900.00 - $64,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
