Job description

Henhouse Cafe in Gilbert, AZ is looking for one restaurant kitchen manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

•The Kitchen Manager position comes with a starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000, including health insurance reimbursement, paid vacation, and bonuses

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably working in a breakfast restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Make sure the kitchen staff is following all of our policies, including food preparation guidelines

•Responsible to order supplies and monitor inventory levels

•Responsible for BOH schedule!

• Follows our recipe book

•Train cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the food

•Monitors training processes

• Performs other duties as required by upper management
