You will start in our entry level cold caller position setting appointments for the sale of Crowfoot Solutions Business Consulting services, and will quickly work to be promoted to an appointment closer position where you'll close sales doing online sales presentations.
**Responsibilities**:
* Set demo appointments by cold calling leads
* Represent Crowfoot Solutions professionally
* Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
* Participate in continuous education opportunities to hone your craft and build skills
* All appointment setter and appointment closer positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from setting appointments to closing sales through your very own proven setting technique
* Provide excellent customer service by working with customers proactively
**Qualifications**:
* Fluent English speaker
* Proven track record and experience in over-the-phone sales or cold calling
* Experience in cold calling blue collar business owners
* Experience in navigating past a receptionist/gatekeeper
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Coachable and self-motivated
* Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals
* Exceptional critical thinking skills
* Able to perform with minimal supervision
* Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
* Must be available Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM EST
* Must have reliable computer and smartphone
**Pay & Hours:**
* Pay is strictly commission based (uncapped earnings potential)
* Compensation structure that is designed to attract and retain top talent
* Pay the SECOND the appointment you set CLOSES
* Earn $40,000 to $60,000 working only part time
* Sales Bonuses Paid Monthly (the more you sell the more you earn)
