Job Description. This is a 1099 positionÂ
SOE Cleaning Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Commission Sales Rep. This position is Full-Time and is Not a Remote Job.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not requiredÂ
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of cleaning industry products and services is a plus
