Job description

As a Customer Service Associate, you can make the difference between an amazing experience and an ordinary one. We will provide you with the training you need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent our brand, and create an exceptional store experience for each customer. The salary range for this role is $26-$30/hr for Customer Service Associates and $27-$31/hr for Senior Customer Serivice Associates, plus opportunities for monthly bonuses. There is no upper limit to what you can earn in this role as you expand your jewelry knowledge!

The primary work environment is a well-lit retail store that requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Most customer interactions occur in-person although this position does use phone and email heavily as well. This role requires manual dexterity, visual acuity, and color discernment at a high level.
