Job description

Daily Dish Shift:

-Finish washing and drying plates,cups, and server trays

-Polish silverware and glasses

-Put away all dishes and glasses in the correct places

-Scrub and clean dish sprayer, dish filter, and underneath dish machine

-Wash and rinse 3 compartment sink

-Clean all handwashing sinks

-Refill soap and paper towels

-Wash all dish bins

-Take dirty linen to the linen hamper outside

-Throw away trash into the dumpster outside

-Sweep and mop kitchen floor

-Break down boxes and throw away in the dumpster

Weekly Duties:

-Clean mop well and drains

-Spray down mats

-De-lime dish machine

-Spray out and clean all trash cans

-Clean all drains and scrub with drain cleaner & scrub brush

-Clean and wash all mop buckets
