Flexible Hours: You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, church or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.
Closed Holidays: Closed Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner: Yes someone owns this restaurant! You will get to know them and they will work the line with you. We invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Meal Discounts & Paid Breaks: You will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious ButterBurgers and Frozen Custard at a discount!).
Uniforms: Receive your first two sets of uniforms including 2 free shirts, 1 tie, 1 hat or visor at no charge. All aprons are laundered in house.
Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift / carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook. We pride ourselves on a put together and clean appearance.
In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.
