Job description

We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional in capital introduction, with a robust understanding of the alternative investment landscape. If you boast a successful track record and have fostered strong connections with institutional investors and allocators like pension funds, endowments, and RIAs, aiding in the distribution of alternative investments, we'd love to get to know you. This role requires a collaborator who can work seamlessly with a skilled Sales team to generate leads and support a comprehensive Sales process within our Institutional Client Group.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Investment Portfolio Managers and Sales teams to pinpoint prospect targets.
Leverage your personal and professional relationships to initiate leads, engage potential clients, conduct sales meetings, and deliver compelling pitches.
Work closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to strategize on engaging existing clients and attracting new ones.
Partner with the marketing team to refine marketing materials based on investor feedback, ensuring our sales narrative is compelling and clear.
Keep abreast of market pricing and product structure needs for various client types.
Utilize data from both proprietary and public sources to identify the best investment opportunities and strategies.
Regularly present sales progress and strategies to senior management.
Attend industry events, participate in roadshows, and stay actively involved in the product design process for liquid alternatives.

Who You Are:

Possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA and/or CFA being highly desirable.
Have over 12 years of successful experience in capital introduction within the alternatives sector.
Familiar with working with institutional investors across various asset types.
Skilled in CRM management, client communication, and follow-ups.
A team player with excellent partnership abilities across various departments.
Hold FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.
Adept at communicating complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Willing to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
