Job description
Our company is looking for Entry Level Account Managers who can assist with the expansion of our client's telecommunication services.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
- Deliver effective presentations to increase interest in our client's products and services
- Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for our telecommunication focused options our clients offer
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to drive sales
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
- 2+ years experience in a customer service role
- Self-driven
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
