Overview:
Due to growth, we are supporting the recruitment of a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist in Providence, RI. Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability per week will also be considered. This position is open to all experience levels, including new grad PTs. A structured mentorship program is available for open-minded clinicians.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The caseload is mostly general orthopedics with some pediatric orthopedic cases, as well as concussion care and some high-level neuro patients - strokes / spinal cord injuries.
Full-time PTs should expect to see 60 patients per week. Sessions are 1 hour for evals and 30 minutes for follow-ups. There is some overlap of patients, but no double bookings. PTs follow patients through the plan of care.
New grad PTs can expect lower productivity requirements for the first 3 months while they are building and reaching a full caseload.
Compensation and Benefits:
Physical Therapists are paid a competitive hourly rate based on experience. A new grad PT can expect to earn in the ballpark of $33 per hour. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.

Work Schedule:
This position offers a flexible work schedule, Monday - Friday. No weekends. No holidays! Working 4 days at 10 hours is possible. Two early and two late days are required, with early shifts starting at 7 am and late shifts ending at 5:30 pm. Enjoy excellent work/life balance.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
No experience is required. New grad PTs are welcome. A structured mentorship program is available for open-minded clinicians.
Full-time availability is preferred. Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability per week will also be considered.
