We are looking for an HR Administrator, based out of our Wall or Summit, NJ office, to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and has the ability to manage various administrative tasks/projects in a timely manner.
Specific responsibilities include:
Responding to employee questions about payroll, benefits, etc.
Assisting with recruitment process including but not limited to: creating job requisitions in Workday, reviewing and updating job descriptions, posting jobs, working with external recruiting agencies, attending job fairs, actively soliciting new hires, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, extending and preparing offer letters, initiating background checks, and onboarding
Organizing and maintaining personnel records
Assisting with new hire orientation for NJ and PA hires
Submitting invoices for processing
Assisting with processing related to the annual performance review process
Creating termination packages
Other projects as assigned by manager

At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources; experience with recruitment a plus
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Hands-on knowledge of an HRIS system; Workday preferred
Ability to travel to offices in NY, NJ and PA, as needed
The expected pay for this position is $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
