Job Description

The purpose of the position is to create more capacity for the site supervisor by handling the crew members, staying on schedule, and maintaining communication between departments.

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules, monitor attendance of crew and inform site supervisors
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities for crew members 
• Supervise and train crew members
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
