We’re hiring an Accounting Assistant for our Southwest Houston client!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Accounting Assistant
• Location: Southwest Houston
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Hours:  M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties:  Prepare and verify reports. Prepare monthly balance sheets, reconcile bank accounts. Manage day to day duties including billing, invoicing, deposits, and processing checks.  Perform general office duties as assigned such as filing, updating records, and organizing documents. 
• Requirements: Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office. Prior experience in accounting.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
