Mac support

• The ability to work collaboratively with excellent written and verbal communication

• Build and move racks

• Manage the hardware equipment in racks and perform software updates.

• Insure the equipment is running optimally for the engineers as they use the equipment for testing.

Day to day duties / work hours:

Metro carts with developer devices which require configuration.

Transfer of devices and conducting health checks.

Ideal candidate in terms of background and/or experience

Things that will make a candidate successful in this role:

candidates have had Apple Genius bar experience, previous engineering technicians. Top required skills:

understands data center/infra, and is technical

All Nice to have's: able to run simple scripts, hands on troubleshooting triaging organically NOT scripted, Mac OS, 2 years of experience

Soft skills: Proactive, Able to work in ambiguity, Thinking outside the box.
