This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week on-site and the other 3 days/week remote.

SCOPE OF ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, and under the direction of the site-level Associate Medical Director, and the organization’s Medical Director of Psychiatry, a Psychiatrist at Signature Health, Inc. provides compassionate, supportive, patient-centered psychiatric medical care to our patients. Our Psychiatrists work diligently to help improve the daily lives of our patients by providing evaluations/consultations, diagnosis, monitoring of progress, and pharmacologic and other appropriate psychological health treatment services. Our Psychiatrists work collaboratively with Signature Health staff, including our primary care physicians, counselors, case managers, and other outside sources to provide quality holistic care for our patients.

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: WORKING CONDITIONS:

o Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.

o Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly to patients in person and over the telephone.

o Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.

o Other: Requires occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds unassisted.

o Requires frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift.
