Job description
The Project Integrator will support the Sponsor organization. The Project Integrator will act as a liaison between the Sponsor’s and partner’s staff and contractor teams to ensure accurate information flows between groups.
Demonstrated experience with the following:
- Prior experience in records management and applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Experience writing records schedules.
- Ability to draft and edit records guidance documentation.
- Ability to work with technical teams to update databases.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Office applications
- Translate strategic initiatives and business requirements into functional information technology requirements
- Coordinate project schedules,
- Facilitate meetings
- Document minutes
- Trace action items for successful completion
- Assist with development of a communication strategy and materials for organization
