The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
DescriptionThe Director, Compensation Advisor will be a key contributor to Libertys ongoing compensation transformation and is responsible for driving the implementation and management of compensation programs across both front-line businesses and functional support groups, including but not limited to base salary programs, Short-term and Long-term incentive plans (formulaic and discretionary) and carried interest plans where applicable.
The role provides innovative and customer-focused compensationsolutions related to staffing and retention needs and delivers high-touch customer service throughsignificant executive influence and collaboration across key internal and external stakeholders.
In collaboration with the management of team activities include: compensation plan and program strategy, design and administration, enterprise job architecture design.Oversight, understanding and addressing governance and regulatory requirements and deliverables, compensation advising and consulting, as well as responsibility/support for Global Compensation systems and technology solutions.Provide expertise, as well as project leadership in all aspects of compensation including but not limited to short and long-term incentive plan design, merit and salary structure design and administration, retention plans, market data analysis and vendor management.
Delivering high-touch customer service and collaboration among multiple internaland external stakeholders and senior leaders across the enterprise.
