Job description
Summary Assists the Information Technology department with technical troubleshooting, and employee onboarding and facilitates company-wide training programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Set-up and maintenance of all employee-assigned company equipment including but not limited
- to cell phones, desktops, laptops, tablets, company software profiles, etc.
- Review of general services tickets and troubleshooting issues through checklists, trial runs and
- reverse engineering in order to recreate errors.
- Training other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Test an organizations’ existing equipment and programs and try out new systems and software to
- see if the organization would benefit from them
- Clearly communicate with managers and co-workers to ensure the understanding of the proper
- use of technology and any troubleshooting that may be needed
- Coordinating with the Information Technology Manager on creating new policies and procedures
- as technical issues arise.
- Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems to create preventative
- maintenance programs.
- Daily audits of the company-wide workflow in Monday.com to ensure compliance across all
- departments
- Daily audits and corrections of automations and integrations in Monday.com and other third-party
- softwares
- Creation of new workspaces, boards, integrations and automations as directed by upper
- management to improve company wide efficiency in Monday.com platform
- Other duties as assigned.

This role will serve as an entry level position into the newly branched Information Technology Department. The Technical Support Specialist will work directly with our Assistant Operations Director to fully flesh the duties, policies and procedures of the Information Technology Department.
