Job description
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join the team at the Buford location.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The facilities supervisor will oversee the daily facility operations maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing a high-quality level of service, training employees, adhering to company policies and procedures, and insuring a safe working environment.
- Flexibility with working hours to support operations as required.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customer, managers, and front-line employees on work requests and inspections as requested.
- Orientate and train employees.
- Preform and supervise ongoing maintenance in all areas of the building including preventive maintenance on systems, patching and painting, fixture repair, and minor electrical and plumbing projects
- Supervise and support the design and upkeep of the facilities grounds and landscaping.
- Assign, supervise, and inspect completion of daily work tasks.
- Conduct Site Safety / Quality Inspections.
- Provide safety training when appropriate to staff and ensure safety measures are being followed.
- Track and managing supplies at site, and making sure supplies are being ordered/requested in a timely manner.
- Responsible for reporting any issues with employees to the AGM.
- Have constant working knowledge of the Andretti brand and products.
- Follow safety policies and procedures without exception.
- Schedule additional project work and handle all other assignments as designated by the AGM.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in janitorial work.
- Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team; an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

- Fast paced environment
- Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
