Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical is seeking ALL-STAR residential Plumbing Service Technicians to help us win each and every day!

The big task

You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Key sub-tasks

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete digital invoices and estimates. We use Service Titan, a leading software in the industry. 
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in company-provided training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Provide a 5-star customer service experience.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• All other interested candidates may apply for our Apprentice position.

Compensation:

• $50,000-$100,000+ . Our top performers are among the highest-paid technicians in the area. You’ll have unlimited earning potential.
