We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team to new heights. This role requires a balance of overseeing a sales team and developing new business. If you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excel at building relationships, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales functions for the Construction and Roofing Divisions
- Arrange meetings with decision makers to review construction and roofing sales opportunities
- Conduct site visits for sales team to monitor and teach
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for sales team and develop plans for unfavorable KPI numbers
- Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
- Set up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients
- Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts
- Plan and oversee onboarding for new team members
- Forecast leads, estimates, and sales by tracking and analyzing KPI
- Develop and implement Sales Training Procedures for Sales team
- Attend trade shows and actively participate in local organizations
- Maintain a positive relationship with the Sales team
Qualifications
- 5 years selling with at least 2 years managing sales team
- 3 years minimum of B2B selling experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling
- Record of success with sales cycle from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability in the Client Journey- both to company and client
- Demonstrated history of business development relationships
- Track record of developing a successful sales team
