Job description

As a Teacher of Students with Disabilities, you will be responsible for: Develop appropriate educational goals and objectives, teaching strategies and methods of assisting these goals for each student in the class Plan and implement individual, small and large group instructional activities and promote appropriate socialization and self-help skills. Supervise and direct the activities of the teaching assistants and aides in the classroom What NJID requires from you: BA or BS degree NJ DOE certification as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped NJ DOE certification as Elementary School Teacher K-5
