In this important role you will assist the Capital Markets team in acquiring external capital, analyzing the assets and liabilities at Virginia Housing, generate on-going disclosure material, and ensure compliance with the requirements of various bond resolutions. You will work collaboratively with Virginia Housing associates and managers on both formal and informal inter-divisional, operational, and project teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the acquisition of external capital to fund homeownership loan programs using the various Capital Market funding tools available to Virginia Housing including taxable and tax-exempt bond issuance or Ginnie, Fannie, or Freddie securitization . You will analyze the assets and liabilities of Virginia Housing (VH) and generate pro forma cash flow projections to evaluate the adequacy of capital and liquidity with respect to compliance with rating agency requirements for the desired ratings and on-going decision making. You will support compliance with the requirements of the various bond resolutions, particularly with respect to flow of funds, reserve funds, and asset composition and disposition and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.

Hiring Range: $103,705 - $134,813
