Job Description
Be a pivotal member of the Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedure Team. Manage the Standard Operating Procedure Database. Work closely with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to create, validate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Main responsibilities
- SOP and Standard Management:
- Manage document control for Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage the Standard Operating Procedure Template
- Technology Management of Device allocated for Front Line Team Member Access to Intranet and Coordination at the Supply Chain Center
- Drive the execution of the rollout of SOPs on Domino’s Intranet
- Assist customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes, develop flowcharts and draft SOPs
- Conduct job surveys and team member interviews, review/research work products to help in the development of SOPs
- Review, revise, consult, and re-write existing SOPs
- Act as liaison to other Domino’s stakeholders to share/leverage best practices and uncover innovative solutions applicable to the Domino’s global enterprise
- Update SOPs on Intranet
- Metrics and Reporting
- Compose and share out usage reporting of team members accessing SOPs on Intranet
- Manage and communicate metrics to leaders throughout the Supply Chain.
- Build Strong Relationships:
- Consistently partner with internal teams to champion and guide roll out of new SOPs and Standards, creating stronger partnerships that improve the experience of our Front Line Team Members.
- Coach Team Members on the proper way to compose an SOP. Audit completed SOPs for accuracy of the following Template
- Effectively communicate all program details from the top down according to established guidelines, policies, and protocols
- Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions and resources
- Able to successfully lead a cross-functional team
- Celebrate Success:
- Helping support ad hoc coordination efforts of Transformation Organization
- General coordination of recognition strategies associated with deployments of Transformation programs within the Supply Chain Centers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Web Design Experience (include specific tool/platform utilized)
- Ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships
- Execute, prioritize and drive multiple priorities while maintaining project deadlines and momentum
- Must have proven ability to pivot, reprioritize and execute independently.
- Proficient User of MS Office Suite
- Must be a Team Player
