About Us:

Join our expanding team as we tackle diverse projects, from hotel and retail developments to assisted living and more! We're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (PE) to lead our projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership on project scopes
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and environmental impact assessments
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and planning
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
• Conduct risk management and develop mitigation strategies
• Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance through inspections and audits

MUST HAVES:

• PE certification in Washington (Oregon certification is a plus)
• Limited travel (10-20%)
• Office-based role (not remote or hybrid)
• 8+ years of experience as a PE/Civil Engineer
• Strong project management and site development experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
