About the Team

The Electronic Warfare and Novel Capabilities Group (EWNC) within the STR Sensors Division is at the forefront of developing advanced signal processing algorithms and prototyping systems for next-generation radar and electronic warfare technologies. Joining our team means collaborating with a dynamic group of engineers who are driven by passion and expertise in engineering, computer science, mathematics, and physics. The Role

Join us as an Algorithm & Signal Processing Researcher, where you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement state-of-the-art solutions for signal detection, classification, autonomous sensor decision-making, and more. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques, covering areas such as signal detection, classification, autonomous sensor decision-making, radar, electronic warfare, and more. In this role, you'll lead a team of researchers in creating innovative systems while collaborating closely with our design and collaborate with engineering teams to translate your advancements into tangible production systems. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our military missions by empowering warfighters with the tools they need to excel in the field.

We're seeking candidates with expertise in two or more of the following areas:

RF/radar signal processing, optimization, electronic warfare, machine learning, adaptive signal processing, algorithm development, test & evaluation, model & simulation, or systems engineering.
