Job description

SkyOne Federal Credit Union is actively seeking talented individuals to join our prestigious call center team a Member Service Advisor . This position is designed for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional member service and are motivated to contribute to our success. Call center hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST

Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional member service to our valued members, exceeding expectations with every interaction.

- Handle a variety of inquiries and issues with grace and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution and member satisfaction.

- Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address complex member concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall member experience.

- Consistently exceed performance metrics, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
