Job Details: - Identifies customers’ product needs and coordinates execution of orders.
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Setup and maintain customer files.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.

- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
- Partners with customers, vendors, other department team members, and the Accounting Department to resolve all customer service issues.
- Determines replacement HVAC/R parts, according to inspection or verbal/description of the old part, and customer requirements.
- Recognizes and identifies HVAC/R parts and equipment to fulfill customer needs and answer customer questions.
Processes customer transactions by entering and printing quotes. - Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Work Experience & Specialized Skills or Knowledge:
- Typically requires a high school diploma with 9+ years progressive inventory and product management support knowledge or a bachelor’s degree with one to two years relevant experience.
- Has experience or an interest in consumer product manufacturing, inventory control,
warranty management and distribution functions. - Solid experience working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and can easily run Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUPS, etc. - Must be a customer-oriented individual with the ability and skills to meet, greet and
service customers. Must also be a team player able to achieve goals and objectives as
mandated by Johnstone Supply and must be committed to achieve the goals and
objectives of the team. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, to interact
with customers and employees, and write and read reports and instructions.
