Who We Are
Colgate-Palmolive Company is a caring, innovative growth company that is reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets and our planet. Focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition, we sell our products in more than 200 countries and territories under brands such as Colgate, Palmolive, elmex, hello, meridol, Sorriso, Tom’s of Maine, EltaMD, Filorga, Irish Spring, PCA SKIN, Protex, Sanex, Softsoap, Speed Stick, Ajax, Axion, Fabuloso, Soupline and Suavitel, as well as Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

We are recognized for our leadership and innovation in promoting sustainability and community wellbeing, including our achievements in decreasing plastic waste and promoting recyclability, saving water, conserving natural resources and improving children’s oral health.

If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile and join our global team!

Hill’s pet parent and veterinary ecosystems are rapidly evolving in our increasingly digital world. As the leading division at Colgate Palmolive for both digital and eCommerce, Hill’s needs to continue to strengthen our digital ecosystems to be available when and how pet parents and VHCT (veterinary health care teams) are looking and engaging with us.

This role will support the Hill’s US Digital Transformation Director by owning the digital strategy and experience for specific Hill’s professional-facing digital platforms. The role will liaise with Global Marketing, eCommerce and brand marketing colleagues across the Hill’s business as the business-side Product Manager for HillsVet.com and Hill’s Retail Order, two key products for our professional partners.

As we work to roll out continuous upgrades to our vet digital ecosystem to deliver a simple, easy-to-do-business-with suite of tools that enable more recommendations of Hill’s products around the world, maintaining the vision and delivery of evolving capabilities across our systems will be an essential part of this work. This role is an exciting opportunity to help lead and manage the evolution and growth of our owned digital presence for years to come.
