Job description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Innovative Marketing Solutions Inc. Through a thorough understanding of Innovative Marketing Solutions practices the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The CSR provides general administrative support while multitasking in hectic and stressful situations. In addition the CSR will be the face of the Company through facetoface and vocal interactions with all levels of customers which range from the general public to highlevel managers of organizations.
Requirements
A Customer Service Representative for Innovative Marketing Solutions Inc needs to have an associates degree or 12 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or related customer service environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills are essential along with advanced knowledge of Excel Outlook and Word.
Duties
- Answering inbound calls from customers professionally
Product and service knowledge
Providing customers with product and service information in order to resolve customer
Providing follow up calls to customers when necessary
Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) needed as a Customer Service Representative
Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
ERP and B2B experience a plus
