Job description
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, engineering, electronical related field preferred.
- 8+years’ work experience in quality related function, automotive industry preferred
- Quality management knowledge (ISO9001/TS16949, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, Control Plan. etc.)
- Quality tools FMEA, MSA, SPC. Process audit (VDA6.3 preferred), Quality system audit. Six sigma black belt preferred.
- Focuses on Customer, Communicates and Influences, Drives Accountability, Develop Employees, Encourages Excellence, Impacts Across Cultures.
- Fluency English, Chinese is a plus 1. Implementation of the requirements of the Quality Management by taking the company objective and the objective arising from the corporate mission statement.
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS
- Responsibility for personnel of Quality Management Department, personnel planning, personnel management, personnel qualification, motivation and training of the employees
- Coordination of the different areas of quality assurance, information flow, organizational structure and teamwork
- Plan and implement to achieve the quality objectives, continuously improve product quality, reduce quality cost
- Reporting to MU and the central area of quality function
- Responsible for the quality of the delivered products toward the customer, complaint handling, continuous enhance customer
- Improves process quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services solutions and processes satisfaction.
- Suppliers: Define and implement the controls for incoming materials
- Candidates from Indonesia or European and based in China will be highly preferred
