SPA has an immediate need for a Directorate-level Human Resources Analyst.

 

Overview of the Position
You will be supporting the Management Operations Division within Space Systems Command Space Systems Integration Office (SSC/BZO). SSC/BZ is responsible for supporting and integrating current and future space acquisition programs, responding to warfighter requirements, evaluating emerging technologies, and communicating with international, commercial, and inter-agency partners.

The sucessful candidate will support the Management Operations Division within Space Systems Command Space Systems Integration Office (SSC/BZO). SSC/BZO is responsible for suporting and integrating current and future acquisition programs, responding to warfighting requirements, evaluating emerging technologies, and communicating with international, commercial, and inter-agency partners.

 

This role will interact with a civilian NH-04 Division Chief and Directorate leadership on a daily basis. The individual will provide personnel management support to Space Force customers in El Segundo, CA, and be in the premier space acquisition organization responsible for delivering space-based capabilities and effects to our warfighters and allied partners. You will a pply critical thinking and experience to develop solutions for our customer’s most challenging issues, and m anage the Directorate’s military manpower and Security Forces Augmentee programs to include disseminating information to military and civilian personnel as well as their supervisors. Will b uild weekly reports and briefings, c reate documents, and staff packages. Should u nderstand Department of Defense, Air Force, and Space Force organizations, processes, procedures, instructions, and guidance. Will also s upport customer meetings, which includes providing read-ahead materials, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking assigned action items.

Required qualifications

• Completion of an Associate’s degree in a related field
• 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Expertise using MS Office applications and DoD, Air Force, and/or Space Force training tools
• US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Secret clearance

 

Preferred qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Possess a DoD Top Secret clearance
• 20 or more years of relevant experience

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. California Pay Transparency Range: 110k - 140k
