Job description
Our client is seeking a temporary administrative assistant to support their team during an assignment. This position will be located on site in the New York office.
Responsibilities:- Reviewing documents and identifying prime terms
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing and organizing electronic and physical documents
- Assisting with data entry and database management tasks
Required Qualifications:- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to read and understand leasing/real estate documents
- Familiarity in Yardi software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
