The successful candidate will l contribute to energy-related products and materials, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage a range of projects that vary in terms of budget and size, and collaborate with teams located in multiple locations and time zones. Program Manager Tech Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Program Manager Tech Responsibilities:
- Understand, communicate, and provide project information to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on tangible outcomes, and high-quality deliverables
- Managing multiple projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology.
- Guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships - influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.
- Applying project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of programs on scope, on schedule and on budget.
- Being on top of any commercial aspects of your project, driving financial integrity.
- Mentoring other team members as you share your knowledge and experience.
Program Manager Tech Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
- 5 years of experience with Core project management skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communications, and risk management.
- 5 years of experience with managing international and medium-scale technology & medium-complex software/hardware development projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong program management experience.
- Electrical engineering background, energy industry background, including working with energy storage, hydrogen, utility experience associated with Data Center Buildout, data center design, data center-related experience are preferred.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment AND Core project management skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communications, and risk management.
- As this role requires collaboration with internal key stakeholders and external partners.
- Electrical engineering background, energy industry background, including working with energy storage, hydrogen, utility experience that associated with Data Center Buildout, data center design, data center-related experience are preferred.
