YOUR DAY

Our Senior Designer works closely with our clients to understand their vision and determine the best way to achieve it. You take the time to learn about our clients' needs and desires and draw up plans for their dream spaces. Attentively, you document details such as room layout, color choices, and product selections.

As you create your plans, you work with our estimator to figure out project costs. When the job's underway, you collaborate with our project manager to make sure everything meets your plans and our client's expectations. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are vital to the successful completion of our projects!

YOUR HOURS

Your typical schedule goes from Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm , with some flexibility depending on job duties and project schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in residential design, design-build, or a similar industry
• Experience with spatial design, product coordination, and customer service
• Enrollment in Sandler Foundations
• Ability to read blueprints and draw accurate sketches
• Computer proficiency

A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field would be preferred. Experience with design programs such as ProKitchen or Chief Architect would be a bonus.
