- Position: Automotive Service Advisor - Warranty Administrator- Location: Rockford, IL, US- Job Type: Full-time- Salary: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per yearResponsibilities:* Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty and after-sale repairs.* Utilize shop resources efficiently to ensure low-cost and speedy service.* Handle all service calls and negotiate service agreements.* Coordinate and manage work orders for the shop.* Oversee after-sale service handling, including warranty repairs.* Arrange for the customers' vehicles to be brought to our shop for diagnostics and inspections.* Set appointments with sublet repair facilities as needed.* Control the repair process by managing the speed and cost of repairs.* Submit warranty claims to the appropriate companies for payment.* Provide backup support for the Service Director, Body Needs, and Parts departments.Note: Please read the entire job description carefully before applying. About Company: Who is Grote Automotive? Fred Grote has been in the car business for over 25 years. He opened his 1st store in Fort Wayne, IN in 2008. Growing from 25 cars a month to 200 he opened a 2nd store in Warsaw, IN. After Great success there his 3rd store came to Rockford, IL. The 4th and 5th stores have just arrived in IN in 2022 as well.
