Job description
Shipping Coordinator
We are actively seeking someone that is passionate about shipping or logistics and looking for a rewarding career within our fast-growing company.

The Position : We are looking Shipping Coordinator that has a solid understanding of shipping, logistics and inventory flow.
- Hourly Pay Rate is $25 to $30 Per Hour Depending on Experience
- 6 Federal Holidays Paid
- 1 Week PTO First Year

- Health Insurance (50%Paid by Company)

Requirements:
- Monday – Friday 8AM - 5PM With 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch
- Proven Experience as a Shipping Manager
- High School Diploma
- College Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics a Plus( Not Required)
- Knowledge of Logistics Procedures
- Experience in Preparing Shipping Documents (ASN and Generating Bills of Laden)
- Excellent Written And Verbal Skills
- Critical Thinking And Problem Solving
- Comfortable With Computers
- Experience With Shopify Preferred (Not Required)
Responsibilities:
- Process Shipping Labels For Internal Shipping
- Schedule Freight Shipments to And From Our Fulfillment Center to Distributors
- Ensure Documents And BOL’s Are Signed And Filed Correctly
- Order Supplies
- Work With Shipping Brokers And Negotiate Fees
- Review Shipping Invoices
- Update Inventory System
