We're a busy, Neapolitan-inspired restaurant.
Our food is rooted in Italian tradition and driven by the Bay Area's seasonal bounty.
Our products are procured directly from farmers, ranchers, and local artisan producers.

The Job:
• It's a Sous chef job...responsible for all aspects of daily kitchen operations: it's exciting and hot,
stressful and beautiful, ass-kicking, fun, and rewarding.
• Work with amazing ingredients from the Bay's best purveyors and farmers
• Be part of a talented, tight-knit team
• Cook great Italian food
• Opportunity to learn and grow in a structured environment

The Candidate (that's you):
• Respectful team player with sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, ambition and desire to learn
• Serious and passionate about a career in the restaurant biz
• 4-5 years cooking in some great kitchens
