Job Specifics
We are looking for a Community Based - In-Home Clinician to work with the family unit as an integral part of our Building Healthy Families Team. As a Community Based - In-Home Clinician, you get the opportunity to provide in-home support and counseling services to families as they pursue progress on their specific family goals. You will implement treatment plans, work on behavioral health goals, teach life skills, promote healthy family skills, and provide a safe and structured environment.
Schedule : Generally this is a Monday through Friday full time flexible schedule.
Location : Our office is in Gilbert and our contract communities are throughout the Greater Phoenix Area.
Requirements:
*An accredited 4 year degree or 2 years experience in the field
*A valid driver’s license with no legal restrictions
*An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or the ability to attain one
*A passion for working with families and the ability to work on a team
