LOCATION:

• Chandler, AZ 85224
• Near Frye Road and the 101 Freeway

COMPENSATION:

• $19 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Experienced with tools including hand and power (saws, drills, screw guns, drill press, and wrenches)
• Attention to details (can learn to conduct visual inspections)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, use measurement tools, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated in a non-micromanaged environment, with a solid work ethic.
• Willingness to cross-train and capable of working on your feet all day.
• Basic computer and intermediate math skills.
• Experience in non-machine manufacturing assembly and hand tools.
• MES system experience preferred; use of calipers and tape measures required.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Immediate start available post onsite interview, potentially waived.
• Emphasizes a cooperative work culture, adaptable to a variety of tasks.
• No background checks; minor misdemeanors considered case-by-case.
• Steel-toe shoes required; safety glasses and necessary vouchers provided.
• Looking to quickly staff 4-5 positions due to high demand and staffing reevaluation.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assembling control panels, including water/gas sticks, rack, and pump system assemblies.
• Participating in clean room and PVC gluing operations.
• Handling controls/wiring and assisting with machine shop activities.
• Maintaining machine/shop equipment.

SHIFT:

• Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. This shift may flex to 5:00 am to 1:30 pm during certain periods for business needs.
