The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant passionate about supporting our human resources functions, focusing on recruiting, payroll administration, and various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a smooth-running HR department, offering essential support to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate selection to ensure we attract top talent.
- Assist in payroll administration by updating employee records, including entries for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage and organize HR platforms to keep them current, user-friendly, and efficient, facilitating smooth HR operations and employee access to necessary information.
- Coordinate the organization and tracking of CME credits for employees, maintaining compliance with professional development and licensing requirements, and ensuring records are up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an HR assistant role, particularly with responsibilities in recruiting, payroll, and administrative support.
- Knowledge of HR software and databases
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- A capable multitasker with effective time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A basic understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
