Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Athletics Graphic Designer - Boca Raton, FL. Summary of Responsibilities:
- Maintain brand integrity while adhering to Florida Atlantic guidelines and consistency by creating and managing all aspects of creative collateral, from design concept to delivery, including but not limited to:
- Athletics Department collateral - schedule posters and cards, ads, direct mail, brochures, game day programs, etc.
- Special event graphics and collateral (invitations, signage, etc.).
- Digital graphics for screens, websites, social media platforms and video.
- Development and fundraising collateral.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal units and university colleagues, and externally with print and website vendors, to realize and implement design concepts.
- Assist the day-to-day communications, marketing and social media content of assigned varsity sport(s).

View it here: Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required. A valid Florida Driver's License required. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design; 1-2 years of experience designing a wide range of electronic and print collateral.
- Expertise in Creative Suite programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; motion graphics experience a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot print projects on press when necessary.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under press and with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital workflow and file maintenance; ability to keep the flow of assets to developers organized and consistent.
- Ability to take art direction from Florida Atlantic's art director to maintain university design standards.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year. Exempt Administrative, Managerial, Professional (AMP) College or Department: DPA: Creative Services Location: Boca Raton Work Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Night and weekend assignments as necessary determined by game schedules and other Department of Athletics activities.
