Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES: Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
CATEGORY: Auto Loans
OVERVIEW: In this position, you will be facilitating and notarizing auto loan documents virtually for clients in your coverage area (in your state of residence). This is a contract position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
THE DAY TO DAY TASKS…
Receive and review auto loan documents electronically from clients.
Verify the identity of signers and witnesses through secure video conference.
Ensure all documents are properly signed, notarized, and returned in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of notarizations and adhere to all compliance and confidentiality requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns during the notarization process.
Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Notary Public, with specific experience in auto loan document notarization.
Familiarity with state-specific notary laws and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, high-speed Internet, a webcam for virtual notarization, along with a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
