The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, particularly focusing on Test Driving projects. This position involves organizing project data, creating management overviews, communicating with the team, improving processes, and ensuring efficiency in project operations.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Test Driving projects.
- Handle operational tasks to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Compile and organize project data to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Generate management overviews for project updates and status reports.
- Address and direct inquiries related to vacation, sick leave, payroll, and other team-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between team members and management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement changes to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes.
- Respond to inquiries and monitor customer systems to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Attend meetings to stay informed about project developments.
- Create accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes when required.
- High School degree as a minimum educational qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus to ensure client satisfaction.
- Hybrid home/office availability to accommodate the dynamic nature of the role.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Desired: Background in payroll and/or HR would be an advantage.
