We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced AV Project Manager to join our audiovisual and low-voltage systems design team. This individual will be responsible for managing technical projects and working with audio visual equipment. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure successful outcomes.As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing technical projects, as well as managing audio visual equipment and systems. You will be expected to collaborate closely with other team members to ensure successful outcomes and provide excellent customer service.
-It is necessary to have both professional technical project management expertise and a two-year college degree (or an equivalent technical certification/field experience).
-Proficiency in computer software is necessary for efficiently handling paperwork, and this includes:
-Project schedules and estimates in Microsoft Excel or another software that the company uses.
-Change orders, project ideas, and other correspondence.
-Knowledge of job cost reporting and procedure.
-It is necessary to have management abilities with both in-house and contract labor.
-Putting safety first.
-The following knowledge is necessary to evaluate, comprehend, and process construction documents: Project specifications.
-Project schematics.
-Subcontractor contracts.
-Customer procedural guidelines and requirements particular to the work site.
-Criteria for safety manuals, such those found in OSHA publications.
-The following knowledge is necessary to evaluate, comprehend, and handle financial documents: Project estimates that list costs, markup, and profit margin.
-Purchase orders for materials.
This job offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $115,000 per year, as well as a range of bonuses and other perks
